About the RoleABJ Experts is looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in international B2B technology sales.
This is not a domestic-market BDE role and it is not a position focused on sending high volumes of generic LinkedIn messages or emails.
We are looking for someone who understands how to identify the right companies, research decision-makers, start relevant conversations, qualify genuine opportunities and build a healthy sales pipeline for an IT services business.
The ideal candidate has worked with prospects or clients from markets such as the USA, UK, Europe, Middle East or similar international regions, preferably while selling software or technology services.

Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for building qualified international business opportunities from prospecting through early-stage sales conversations.
This includes:
- Researching companies,



industries and relevant decision-makers before outreach.
- Identifying prospects that genuinely fit our services and target markets.
- Running thoughtful outreach through LinkedIn, email and other appropriate channels.
- Writing personalized first messages and follow-ups instead of relying on generic bulk templates.
- Qualifying prospects based on business need, project fit, timing, decision-making process and commercial potential.
- Generating qualified meetings and maintaining consistent follow-up.
- Participating in initial sales/discovery conversations when required.
- Understanding prospect requirements and coordinating internally for technical discussions, estimates and proposals.
- Supporting proposal follow-ups, commercial discussions and negotiation where appropriate.
