The Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive who is passionate about sales, confident in interacting with customers, and motivated by achieving targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, conducting project presentations and site visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, references, networking, digital enquiries, and other business development activities.




- Respond promptly to enquiries and understand prospective customers‘ requirements.
- Present and promote the company‘s real estate projects, highlighting key features, benefits, pricing, and investment value.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective customers and provide a professional project experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Convert qualified leads into bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to booking.
