Requirements:
- 1-3 years of BD/Growth experience in a creative, digital, or branding agency
- Strong understanding of the agency landscape, from social to strategy to design
- Good communication and storytelling skills can pitch value, not just services
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen




- Collaborate with creative + strategy team to build bespoke pitch decks
- Comfortable with high-ticket deals, retainers, and consultative selling
- Bonus: Experience selling to lifestyle, luxury, or D2C brands
- Cold outreach and lead generation
- International business outreach
- Prospect research and identifying relevant opportunities
- Connecting with potential clients across markets
- Supporting the BD team through the sales cycle
- Maintaining a consistent and organized outreach pipeline

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Someone who understands the agency landscape: branding, strategy, content, social and knows how to lead value-driven conversations, not just service pitches. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Content, etc.) Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and rapport-building.
