Rosier Foods is a fast-growing D2C FMCG brand building a portfolio of high-quality, clean-label food products across Ghee, Stone-Pressed Oils, Flour, Honey, Nut Butters, Amlaprash, Better Bars, Pickles and Pooja products.
We are now looking to expand our B2B business and offline distribution footprint and are looking for an energetic, highly proactive B2B Sales / Business Development professional who can help us unlock new channels and build meaningful business relationships.

What will you do?

This is a high-ownership, field-oriented role. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, opening new accounts/channels and growing existing B2B relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

? New Business Development

Identify and generate new B2B leads across relevant channels.
Prospect potential clients, distributors, retailers, institutions, corporates, up-to-date trade and other relevant businesses.




Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
Take ownership from lead generation to negotiation, closure and onboarding.

? Channel Expansion

Identify and unlock new B2B sales channels and business opportunities.
Explore new markets, customer segments and partnerships.
Develop strategies to scale existing B2B channels and take them to the next level.
Identify opportunities for bulk orders, corporate sales, institutional sales, gifting and other B2B formats.

? Existing Client Management

Build robust relationships with existing clients.
Ensure repeat business and continuously identify opportunities to increase their order value.
Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure smooth fulfilment.
Regularly meet clients and maintain solid business relationships.

? Relationship Building & Field Sales

Meet and greet potential clients and decision-makers.
Conduct face-to-face meetings, product presentatio
