Job Purpose
We are looking for a Manager – Sales to drive business growth within the Fintech and Financial Services segment for Ultra. The role will focus on acquiring and growing relationships with fintech brands, lending platforms, digital banks, insurance companies, investment platforms and other financial services businesses, with a strong focus on mobile performance advertising and measurable user acquisition. The ideal candidate will understand how fintech businesses acquire customers digitally and will be comfortable selling CPI, CPA, CPL and other performance-led mobile advertising solutions tied to clear acquisition and business outcomes.
What You‘ll Do
- Drive new business acquisition across the Fintech and Financial Services ecosystem.
- Identify, prospect and build relationships with fintech brands, NBFCs, lending platforms, digital banking, insurance, investment and wealth-tech companies.
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, closure and account growth.




- Understand client acquisition objectives and build performance-led media solutions around them.
- Sell Ultra‘s mobile user acquisition and performance advertising solutions, with a solid focus on measurable outcomes.
- Engage senior stakeholders across Growth, Marketing, Digital, User Acquisition and Performance Marketing teams.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective fintech advertisers.
- Develop customised pitches and proposals based on client acquisition goals, target audiences and performance metrics.
- Work closely with internal Campaign Management, Account Management, Product and Operations teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to increase budgets, scale campaigns and expand into new products or markets.
- Track pipeline, revenue and client performance against business targets.
