Sales Executive – School ERP Software
Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand the adoption of our School ERP software.

The position will be based primarily out of our Ghaziabad office. However, the role will involve regular travel between our Ghaziabad and Meerut locations, as well as visits to schools and potential customers in other locations.

You will be responsible for identifying potential schools, contacting school management, demonstrating our School ERP software, following up with prospective customers, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach schools that could benefit from our School ERP software.
• Contact schools through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
• Visit schools to understand their requirements and introduce our software.
• Conduct product demonstrations for school principals, management,



administrators, and staff.
• Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of the School ERP clearly.
• Follow up with prospective schools and convert leads into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school management and decision-makers.
• Travel between our Ghaziabad and Meerut offices as required.
• Travel to schools and prospective customers in other locations for meetings and demonstrations.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, demonstrations, and sales.
• Coordinate with the internal team during customer onboarding and implementation when required.
• Collect feedback from schools and share it with the product and development teams.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
