JD: Engineer – Design Engineering at AltSF Process Pvt. Ltd.
- Design & drafting for the new equipment based on AutoCAD based on management guidelines for current equipment.
- Work on AUTOCAD & BOQ for project equipment – based on specifications of the projects
- Scaling standard drawings to the specific project requirement
- Drafting all assembly & subassemblies of the equipment, without any deviations.
- Must able to foresee issues in assembly while drafting equipment drawings
- Able to select standard bought out material for the finalized customer specifications like chain, motor, belt etc.
- For on-going projects in India & international complete project layout & GA preparation.
- Co-ordinate with manufacturing team for issues faced & to resolve them
- Update the necessary design changes based on manufacturing constrain and past experiences
- As per need & management decision – visit to project site for for layout study & DAP validation
- To independently function and ensure completion of product release with detailed BOQ for the various Projects




- To update the vendor list as and when required by locating vendors providing better services in terms of unit economics and quality than the existing vendors for major design bought out.
- To involve in manufacturing to support project engineer & get the real workshop needs and corrections to the drawings

Miscellaneous:
· To take up additional responsibilities as entrusted by the Company from time to time.

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:
· At-least 2 year in similar function & maximum of 5 years
· 2D design & drafting experience with latest version of Latest AutoCAD
· Design & development of bulk material handling equipment, waste handling equipment with Solid EDGE

Prerequisites:
· Place of work: at Head office of AltSF Process Pvt. Ltd., at KWT Tower, Pimpri, Pune
· Ready to join immediately
