Rangmanch Hospitality & Leisure is the hospitality group behind Rangmanch Farms — a 20+ acre resort and events destination about 40 minutes from Delhi via the Dwarka Expressway, running stays, weddings, corporate events, and 80+ activities. Over the next five years, the group plans to operate multiple resorts and venues across North India through leases and management contracts. This role is the engine of that plan.
We are hiring a Business Development Manager for hotel and resort acquisitions. Your job: identify, evaluate and help sign the properties we take over — working directly with the founder, who makes decisions rapid.

What you will do
• Build and work a pipeline of hotels, resorts, Villas and venues across North India that fit leasing or management contracts - hill stations, weekend-getaway belts around Delhi NCR, and leisure and pilgrimage towns
• Source properties through owners, brokers, market scans and on-ground scouting; build a real owner and broker network
• Visit and evaluate assets: location, condition, room count, capex needed, market demand, competition,



achievable rates and occupancy
• Build the deal case in Excel: revenue and cost projections, lease rent or minimum-guarantee / revenue-share economics, payback etc.
• Present evaluated deals to the founder with a clear recommendation: take it, negotiate, or walk
• Negotiate term sheets with owners; support diligence and legal through signing
• Hand over signed properties to the operations team and support the transition
• Maintain knowledge base of key prioritised locations in terms of key areas, going market rates, market potential

Who should apply
• 4–8 years in hotel/villa supply acquisition, hotel chain expansion, hospitality asset management or hospitality-focused real estate — at companies like OYO, Treebo, FabHotels, Sterling, Espire, Bloom, StayVista, SaffronStays, Lohono, ELIVAAS, Sarovar, Royal Orchid or similar
• You have personally sourced and closed at least two hotel/resort/villa
