Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership and drive all business goals of Pan-India for growing Rupeek’s gold loan branch business Pan-India, aligning them with the organization‘s objectives.
- Lead and deliver on targets of branch expansion and manpower hiring
- Lead and deliver on targets for current customer acquisition, repeat business, revenue, retention, risk management and profitability.
