We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us identify the right businesses, start meaningful conversations, understand their marketing challenges, and convert opportunities into long-term clients.
The RoleAs a BDE at AdFox Media, you will be responsible for driving recent business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients.
This isn‘t just a ‘make calls and sell packages‘ role.
You‘ll be expected to understand a prospect‘s business, identify their marketing needs, communicate how AdFox can help,



and work with our internal team to move qualified opportunities from prospect → conversation → proposal → client.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across relevant industries.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Reach out to business owners, founders, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
- Understand prospects‘ business objectives, marketing challenges, and growth requirements.
- Present AdFox Media‘s digital marketing services and solutions effectively.
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads based on their requirements and potential fit.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings and sales discussions.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
