The Role
We are expanding our Business Development team and seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Specialist. This is a dual-impact role: you will lead our ground-up market expansion into India, while simultaneously acting as the technical pre-sales backbone for our established GCC sales team.




Working directly with the leadership and our GCC Business Development Executive, you will translate complex scientific workflows into compelling business solutions. If you love the thrill of hunting for new business and have the technical depth to run software demonstrations, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Indian Market Expansion: Independently identify, prospect, and engage key decision-makers (Lab Directors, QA/QC Managers, IT Heads) across the Indian Pharmaceutical, CRO, and Clinical Diagnostics sectors.
- Global Pre-Sales Support: Work alongside our UAE-based BDE to support high-value GCC accounts. You will help qualify leads, answer technical RFIs, and structure complex proposals.
- Technical Product Demonstrations: Serve as the product expert. Lead customized, high-impact product demos of our core platforms (TRAZiT, MediLIMS) tailored to specific laboratory pain points.
