Job Title - Manager Sales – MICE
Location - Hyderabad
Experience - 5-7 years in B2B / Corporate MICE Sales
Compensation - 8-10 LPA (As per experience)
Reporting to - Business Head.
Job Summary
The Sales Manager will drive B2B and corporate business growth by acquiring and managing key corporate accounts. The role centres on generating and nurturing leads, building long-term partnerships with corporate organisations for their events and MICE requirements, and delivering revenue growth, client satisfaction and strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire current corporate clients.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through continuous engagement and superior service delivery.
• Business Development: Conduct corporate presentations, meetings and negotiations to close business deals.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Ticketing, Designing, Finance) to ensure smooth delivery of event solutions.
• Solution Design: Develop and promote tailor-made solutions for corporate events, conferences, incentives, and offsites.
• Market Intelligence: Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to recommend strategies for business growth.
• Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to management.
• Brand Representation: Represent Tripkartz at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications & Experience
• Postgraduate, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in B2B / corporate MICE sales.
• Strong corporate network with a proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
