About the Role
As the Academic Counselor at Marol , Mumbai , you will play a pivotal role in helping prospective students make informed decisions about IIDE’s Undergraduate and Graduate Digital Marketing programs.
You will own the admissions journey from lead engagement and counseling to conversion, enrollment, and fee collection.
The role involves building robust relationships with prospective learners, achieving admissions and revenue targets, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless enrollment experience.
What You'll Do
● Lead Management & Conversion:
○ Manage and nurture prospective student leads across IIDE’s Undergraduate and Graduate programs.
○ Own the complete sales lifecycle, from initial engagement and counseling to conversion and enrollment.
○ Consistently achieve weekly and monthly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.
○ Follow up strategically with interested prospects to improve conversion and reduce lead drop-offs.
● Student Counseling & Admissions:
○ Counsel prospective learners on program offerings, career outcomes, eligibility, fees, and the admissions process through calls, emails, chats, and in-person interactions.
