This is a senior individual contributor position designed for a recognised technical expert who can provide high-level support for sophisticated microscopy solutions while helping to shape and strengthen application-support capabilities across ANZ.
This is not a traditional applications-support role. You will combine deep technical expertise with commercial awareness, strategic influence and process improvement, playing an important role in major opportunities, tenders, key accounts and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level applications and technical support across advanced microscopy and imaging solutions




- Partner with customers to understand complex scientific, workflow and imaging requirements
- Support product demonstrations, evaluations, installations and advanced user training
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to key research, clinical, academic and industrial customers
- Contribute technical expertise to strategic opportunities, tenders and major account proposals
- Support commercial decisions relating to solution design, product positioning and pricing
- Work closely with sales, service, product and marketing teams across Australia, New Zealand and the wider global business
- Develop scalable and consistent application-support processes across the ANZ region
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, internal capability and operational efficiency
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and influential stakeholders within the microscopy community
