We are looking for an AVP - SEO to lead this shift from the front, someone who can build and scale our AI-driven discovery practice while owning revenue, margin, and delivery excellence spanning AIO/GEO, SEO, Content, Performance, and CRO. This is a builder's role. You will define how an entire organization thinks about AI visibility. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead AI-Driven Discovery (AIO/AEO/GEO) Practice Own AIO/AEO/GEO practice: strategy, delivery frameworks, and client outcomes Build and evolve the standard operating playbook for AI visibility, covering technical readiness, content authority, and brand presence across AI platforms Educate clients honestly on what AI can and cannot deliver, and set the right expectations early Train and upskill delivery teams so the entire organization speaks a consistent, credible AIO & LLM narrative Stay ahead of a quick-moving landscape (LLM behaviour,
