Since 2013 we‘ve transacted 8M+ sq. ft. and advised 250+ corporate clients across corporate leasing, capital markets, and portfolio strategy, with operations spanning 80+ Indian cities and Dubai.

We‘re now building a dedicated Proptech Residential broking vertical on top of our existing advisory practice - a rare prospect to shape sales strategy and team structure for a new business line at an established, founder-led firm.

The Opportunity

We‘re looking for a senior sales leader with hands-on residential broking experience to design and eventually lead our closing team - the people who convert buyer leads into bookings across our empanelled projects, including our NRI and international client base.

What You‘ll Own

• Sales team structure, hiring plan, and incentive/commission design for RMs and sales managers




• Booking targets and conversion strategy across multiple developer projects at once
• Sales process and the CRM/pre-sales tech stack needed to run it
• Coordination with Developer Relations on which projects to prioritise, and with Marketing on lead quality

What We‘re Looking For

• 5+ years in residential real estate sales, ideally with a broking/channel partner firm
• Track record of building or scaling a broking sales team, not just running an existing one
• Strong grip on commission-based incentive structures and buyer-side sales cycles in the Indian market
• Comfortable operating at both strategy and ground level in an early-stage, fast-moving setup
