We are building at the intersection of product efficacy, technology, content, community and customer experience, with the ambition to create a large, trusted consumer brand from India.
We are a fast-moving, early-stage team where people work closely with the Founder, take real ownership and directly shape how the brand grows.

RoleOwn visual execution across Effora’s social media, website, landing pages, ads, marketplaces, campaigns and product launches.
This role is for someone who combines solid visual taste, UI/UX thinking and video execution and can translate brand ideas into high-quality consumer-facing output.

Responsibilities
- Create static and motion creatives for social media, paid ads and campaigns
- Design and improve website pages, landing pages and e-commerce journeys
- Work on UI/UX, wireframes and conversion-focused layouts
- Edit Reels, short-form videos,



product videos and performance creatives
- Translate brand briefs into strong visual concepts and executions
- Maintain consistency across all customer-facing brand touchpoints
- Support packaging, launches, website and marketplace creatives
- Repurpose content across multiple formats and channels
- Use AI tools to improve ideation, design, editing and creative production

Must-have qualifications
- 2–4 years in Visual Design, UI/UX and Video Editing
- Strong portfolio across static design, UI/UX and short-form video
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro / After Effects or equivalent
- Strong understanding of e-commerce UX and conversion-focused design
- Strong social-first and perfor
