Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer – Lead to lead creative execution across our Airlines vertical, with additional exposure to luxury hotels, hospitality, and premium lifestyle projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility rooted in luxury, brand storytelling, strategic thinking, and visual precision, with the ability to translate sophisticated brand guidelines into compelling and commercially relevant visual narratives.
This is a leadership role for a designer who can independently own projects, guide creative direction, mentor designers, and collaborate with international clients and internal stakeholders to deliver work that meets the highest standards of luxury, aviation, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Airlines & Pitch Design
- Lead the design and creative execution of high-impact pitch decks, proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials for global airline clients.
- Develop compelling presentations for Business Class and First Class amenity programs.
- Translate airline brand guidelines, cabin philosophies, cultural nuances, and brand positioning into sophisticated visual design systems.
- Create visual narratives that effectively communicate concepts, materials, finishes, product details, and onboard passenger experience journeys.
- Lead the visual development of strategic presentations from initial concept through final delivery.
Creative Concept Development & Innovation
- Lead the conceptualization of amenity kit themes, collections, packaging, and visual identities aligned with airline brand DNA and global luxury trends.
- Develop cutting-edge concepts for bags, materials, finishes, patterns, graphics, and storytelling frameworks.
