Role Overview
Khaitan India Ltd. is looking for an aggressive, senior commercial leader for the role of Branch Sales Head – Odisha.

Mandatory Criteria: This opening is strictly reserved for professionals with 14–16 years of core channel sales experience in Ceiling Fans, Home Appliances, and LED Lighting. Candidates from unrelated sectors will not be considered.The selected leader will have full operational and revenue ownership for Odisha, spearheading primary and secondary sales volumes, expanding the distributor and dealer footprint, managing branch P&L; health, and leading a multi-tiered field sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Target Delivery:



Formulate and execute state-wide sales plans to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary targets across fans, small domestic appliances, and LED lighting lines.
- Network & Channel Development: Identify, appoint, and scale high-performing distributors, super-stockists, and direct retail networks across key trade hubs (Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Rourkela, Sambalpur, Berhampur, Balasore, etc.).
- Commercial & Working Capital Governance: Ensure strict credit control, timely payment collections, healthy distributor ROI, and rigorous compliance with company commercial and discount policies.
- Sales Force Leadership: Manage, mentor, and drive Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Territory Executives, and field sales officers to ensure rigorous beat coverage, counter-level extraction, and high sales productivity.
- Trade Schemes & Market Visibility: Implement competitive dealer incentive schemes, festive promotions, electrician/contractor engagement program
