About the RoleWe’re looking for a high-ownership Account Manager to manage some of Propstar’s key real-estate developer accounts and drive outcomes across client relationships, execution and revenue.
This is not a passive account-servicing role.
You will own a portfolio of developer accounts and be responsible for ensuring that campaigns and projects translate into actual business outcomes — qualified opportunities, site visits, conversions, client satisfaction and revenue.
You will work directly with clients while coordinating internally with Pre-Sales, Sales, Growth and Operations. If something is blocking delivery, you are expected to identify it, bring the right people together and get it solved.
In easy terms: you own the account, the relationship and the outcome.
What You’ll Own
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key real-estate developer accounts.




- Act as the primary point of contact for clients across day-to-day execution, performance and escalations.
- Understand each client’s business objectives, projects, inventory, target customer and commercial expectations.
- Drive the funnel across qualified leads → site visits → conversions → revenue.
- Track scheduled and completed site visits and identify reasons for drop-offs.
- Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales and Growth teams to improve account-level performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients using funnel and revenue data.
- Maintain accurate account and funnel visibility through the CRM.
- Identify delivery gaps early and drive internal teams towards resolution.
- Manage client escalations with speed, ownership and clarity.
- Identify opportunities to increase business from existing accounts, projects and relationships.
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across client organisations.
