- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or above in Engineering field.
- Qualified IATF 16949 Auditor with ADP.
- Demonstrate sector-specific knowledge (e.g., manufacturing processes, core tools like APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
- Exposure to multiple automotive manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, injection molding, etc.)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IATF rules and Customer Specific requirements.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in conducting IATF audits.
