About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative MS Dynamics 365 Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be the primary architect and technical lead for our Microsoft Customer Insights - Journeys (formerly Marketing) implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build seamless, data-driven customer experiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical development, configuration, and customization of the MS Dynamics 365 Customer Insights environment.
- Design and implement sophisticated real-time marketing journeys, ensuring high deliverability and personalization accuracy.
- Develop custom plug-ins, workflows, and Power Automate flows to extend platform functionality beyond out-of-the-box features.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to integrate disparate data sources into Customer Insights - Data, ensuring a unified customer profile.
- Maintain system health by performing regular audits, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing setting deployments.
- Advise stakeholders on best practices for audience segmentation and automated journey
