We are looking for a Client Retention Executive who will be responsible for building robust, long-term relationships with our existing clients and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, proactive in follow-ups, and capable of understanding client requirements and coordinating with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with clients regarding their investments, services, documentation, and requirements.
- Understand client concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.
- Ensure excellent client experience and improve client retention.
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships through relevant financial products and services.
- Follow up on SIPs, investments, renewals, documentation, and other client-related activities.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
- Handle client queries professionally through phone calls,



WhatsApp, and in-person communication.
- Proactively contact inactive or at-risk clients and understand their concerns.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers and other departments for smooth client servicing.
- Support the team in achieving client retention and relationship-management targets.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

- Experience in financial services, mutual funds, insurance, banking, or wealth management will be an advantage.
