We have the outbound infrastructure in place that helps generate hundreds of positive leads for the outbound team to convert- so think of this as an Outbound-led Inbound-motion.

We‘re hiring an Outbound Sales Manager to own pipeline generation across our priority ICPs. This is built for someone who‘s done outbound before, knows the difference between activity and pipeline, and wants real ownership of a patch rather than a script to read off. It‘s also a transparent stepping stone: the strongest people in this seat move into Account Executive roles as they prove they can open and help close.
