Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide daily/weekly hiring updates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure timely closures and support bulk hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with HR and business teams for smooth onboarding.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
- Positive negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.
