Job Responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities.

Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.

Monitor manufacturing processes and maintain product quality.

Handle production documentation, records, and reports.

Coordinate with Quality, R&D;, and other departments.

Ensure proper handling of raw materials and production equipment.

Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.

Identify production issues and support timely resolution.

Guide and coordinate with production team members.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of chemical production processes.

Experience in handling production operations independently.

Good understanding of quality and safety procedures.
