The primary role involves reaching out to prospective clients, introducing the company's media and production services, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the business development team. Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling: Make cold calls and outbound calls to potential clients, businesses, and leads. Service Pitching: Present company offerings including ad shoots, film/video production, corporate videos, event coverage, and digital media solutions. Lead Qualification & Scheduling: Identify business opportunities, qualify leads, and schedule appointments/meetings for the sales or production team. Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients to build rapport and address inquiries. Database Maintenance: Record customer interactions, feedback,



and sales pipeline details in CRM tools or MS Excel spreadsheets. Target Achievement: Meet daily call volumes, weekly progress milestones, and monthly sales targets. Key Skills & RequirementsCommunication: Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English (Gujarati is an advantage). Sales Capabilities: Knowledge of cold calling, persuasion, lead generation, client handling, and objection resolution. Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office, email, and basic CRM systems. Attributes: Target-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and confidence when pitching to corporate clients. Eligibility & Working ConditionsEducation: 10th Pass minimum, High School / Graduate preferred. Experience: Freshers to 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service. Work Setup: Full time, On-site (Work from Office). Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (varies by profile and incentive structure).
