Hiring: Auto Showroom Supervisor

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years

- Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day showroom operations.
- Manage and coordinate showroom staff.
- Ensure proper vehicle display, cleanliness, and showroom discipline.
- Assist customers with basic queries and coordinate with the sales team.
- Monitor vehicle stock, records, and showroom activities.
- Coordinate with the service and maintenance team when required.
- Ensure smooth customer handling and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain daily reports and update management on showroom activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Supervisor.
- Experience in an automobile showroom or automotive industry is preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage staff and coordinate daily showroom activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Responsible, organized, and able to handle day-to-day operations independently.
