Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend functionalities. The role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within a cloud-first and agile workplace, the engineer collaborates closely with various stakeholders to address complex business challenges and deliver seamless, efficient software experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with cloud-based development environments and agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of both frontend and backend development processes.
- Ability to integrate various APIs and third-party services within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
- Familiarity with data management and automation workflows in marketing platforms.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance for enhanced user experience.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
