Summary

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent workflow orchestration. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to solve complex business problems and build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-powered applications and intelligent workflows.
- Analyze business problems and translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Build and implement RAG solutions using enterprise knowledge sources and vector databases.
- Develop AI agents and workflow orchestration solutions for business process automation.
- Design prompt engineering, evaluation, and guardrail frameworks for enterprise AI applications.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and business applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize,



and enhance AI applications in production environments.
- Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and engineering best practices.

Professional & Technical SkillsMust Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Python.
- Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs.
- Experience with Agentic AI, workflow orchestration, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI application development.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications through APIs and microservices.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and solutioning skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Gemini, Vertex AI, Agent Builder, Vertex AI Search, or similar cloud AI services.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, ADK, or equivalent.
- Experience with open-source models and enterprise AI deployments.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and containerized deployments.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of overall skilled experience.
- Experience in AI/ML, intelligent automation, or related domains is preferred.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
