Role Overview: We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to support and manage Property Management Systems (PMS) for a portfolio of vacation rentals and hotels. This role requires someone with a strong hospitality background who can efficiently manage system operations, troubleshoot issues, and provide responsive support.nYou will act as the key point of contact between internal teams (Revenue, Tech, Operations) and external clients, ensuring seamless performance of PMS platforms, OTA connections, and booking systems.nnnKey Responsibilities:nHandle daily operations and troubleshooting related to Property Management Systems (PMS) and Experience with PMS platforms such as OYO OS, Track, Guesty, or equivalent systems.nCoordinate with the cross-functional teams to ensure timely updates, integrations, and feature enhancements in the PMS.nEnsure accuracy of availability, pricing, and content across PMS, OTA platforms, and channel managers.nTrain property managers on how to use the PMS system effectively.nMonitor system health, handle escalations,
