Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Moradabad. The Merchandiser will plan, select, and display products to highlight key collections and drive sales across home, office, and garden categories. Daily responsibilities include product quality checks , coordinations between teams , analysing sales trends, maintaining optimal stock levels, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines. The role also involves updating product assortments, preparing promotional displays, supporting retail and marketing activities,



and collaborating with the customer-facing team to improve the in-store experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with teams and support a positive in-store experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to manage product assortments, monitor performance, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to contribute to visual merchandising, promotions, and brand-aligned displays.
- Attention to detail and an eye for design, with the ability to create appealing product layouts and window displays.
- Basic analytical and organizational skills to interpret sales data, manage inventory, and plan assortments.
- Ability to work on-site in Moradabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a rapid-moving retail environment.
- Prior experience in merchandising, home décor, or lifestyle retail is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.
