We are looking for a Management Trainee to gain hands-on exposure across various business functions within the fashion and retail industry. The role will involve working on live projects, implementing SOPs and processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesWork on projects across Operations, Marketing, Retail, Business Development, and other functions.Support day-to-day business activities, reporting, research, and process improvement initiatives.Implement, monitor, and ensure adherence to SOPs and defined processes.Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective project and process execution.Analyse data and prepare MIS, reports,
