Accounting processes and practices.Work with QuickBooks and other accounting tools.Assist with payroll management and payroll processing.Maintain accurate payroll and financial records.Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.Assist with invoicing and timesheet management.Maintain financial documentation and accounting records.Support payment follow-ups and account-related activities.Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting and payroll requirements.Support day-to-day U.S. accounting activities.Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.Eligibility & EducationFreshers Only.MBA (Finance) preferred.B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or any Finance-related field.Good communication skills in English.Telugu and Hindi communication skills required.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting concepts is an advantage.Candidates must be willing to work in the U.S. Night Shift.IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONSOne-Year Employment Bond / Agreement is mandatory for current joiners.Selected candidates must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year with the company.Candidates must submit their SSC memo or higher-education memo/certificate for verification as part of the joining process
