Essential Job Functions: Handle customer queries through international chat and email support. Provide accurate, professional, and timely responses to customers. Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality. Follow company processes, communication guidelines, and quality standards. Meet defined productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets. Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions. Be flexible to work in US shifts, rotational shifts, and weekly off rotations. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in international chat and email support. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good typing speed and proficiency in English. Comfortable working in US / rotational shifts. UG candidates are also eligible. Candidates should be customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
