Job Title: Placement Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Placement Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating placement activities for students, building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, and ensuring successful employment outcomes for graduates. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Contractual for one year, extendable for next 2 years based on performance.

Remuneration: As per the Industry Standard

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic relationships with corporates, startups, and organizations for internships and final placements.

• Generating leads from different sectors / Industry at domestic / international level to add to existing contact base and enhance relations with new organizations.

• Manage end-to-end campus placement activities including employer outreach, scheduling interviews, pre-placement talks, and offer follow-ups.





• Coordinate with academic departments to align placement activities with curriculum outcomes.

• Guide students on career planning, resume writing, interview skills, and professional etiquette.

• Conduct and coordinate training workshops, mock interviews, and skill enhancement programs.

• Maintain and update placement records, recruiter databases, and student performance reports.

• Organize campus recruitment drives, industry interaction sessions, job fairs, and alumni engagement events.

• Collaborate with the student placement committee to understand the batch job preferences. Initiate Industry tie-up (e.g. inviting guest faculty for specialized lectures) for students.

• Organize seminars on emerging technologies, soft skills & career prospects

• Ensure regular communication with students and manage placement-related queries and grievances.

• Prepare placement reports, feedback analysis, and provide inputs for institutional improvement.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience with proved track record in Placements of UG students of University/College with positive connect with Senior HR professionals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong industry network and corporate relationship-building capabilities

• Proactive and self-motivated

• Ability to multitask and manage events under tight deadlines

• Analytical mindset with attention to data and reporting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Student mentoring and counselling capability
