Job DescriptionAbout the firm JJ Associates is a Bengaluru-based architecture and interior design practice with over 40 years of working across varied scales of work in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

We're looking for a mid-level architect ready to lead a small team and run multiple live projects in parallel within our multi-team office.

Role Responsibilities • Lead a team of junior architects and interns on day-to-day design and delivery • Manage 10-12 concurrent projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality • Take projects from concept through to completion - design development, drawings, tender, site • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors • Review team output for design quality, detailing, and accuracy • Liaise directly with clients on design intent and project progress Qualifications • B.





Arch with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects • Demonstrated experience handling projects from start to finish • Ability to lead, mentor, and review the work of juniors and interns • Comfortable juggling 10+ projects in a multi-team setup Software Skills • AutoCAD, Sketch

Up, Enscape or V-Ray, Photoshop • MS Office Suite • Basic knowledge of AI tools and workflows is a strong bonus People Skills • Punctuality and reliability • Explicit, professional communication • Ownership and follow-through • Calm under deadline pressure • A team-first attitude Location: Bengaluru (on-site)
