We’re Hiring: Enrolled Agent/ Senior US Tax Professional

Finovalence is looking for an experienced Enrolled Agent (EA) / Senior US Tax Professional to join our U.S. Tax team.

Experience: 2+ Years

Role: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, file, and amend Federal & State tax returns

Handle Forms 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 990 and other applicable tax returns

Prepare and file various IRS forms, extensions, elections, and amendments

Handle IRS & State notices and tax correspondence

Manage multi-state tax filings

Review tax returns prepared by team members

Guide and manage junior tax professionals

Independently handle client calls, emails, and tax-related queries

Research complex tax matters and provide appropriate solutions

Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax filings and tax planning





Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on U.S. taxation experience

Solid knowledge of Federal and State taxation

Experience with business and individual tax returns

Good client communication and team-management skills

Experience with Pro Connect, Drake, Ultra Tax, or similar tax software preferred

Knowledge of Quick Books Online is an added advantage
