Job Summary:
This role involves ensuring the accuracy of global supplier data and digitizing significant contract information. You will actively manage and drive operational tasks to completion, collaborating with various business and IT teams to resolve issues and streamline processes. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively track progress and ensure all tasks are closed out in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate and clean supplier data across systems.

- Digitize contracts by extracting and indexing key metadata.

- Follow up with stakeholders to drive approvals to closure.

- Resolve issues reported by business users through triage and action.

- Support the supplier onboarding process through documentation checks and record creation.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.





- Strong stakeholder follow-up skills.

Must-Have Skills:
Advanced Excel, Data management, Procurement Support
Industry Experience:
Experience in supply chain operations, procurement support, contract administration, or data operations is required.
