As a Data Science AI Engineer, Senior Professional at Gainwell, you will design, develop, and implement advanced data science and AI solutions that drive strategic insights and operational improvements. This role focuses on building and deploying machine learning models, solving complex data challenges, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

Your role in our mission

When joining Gainwell, you will:

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced data pipelines, machine learning models, and AI solutions to address business challenges
- Analyze large, complex datasets (structured and unstructured) to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
- Lead model development, validation, and optimization to ensure performance, accuracy, and scalability
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and production-ready models
- Develop and maintain documentation, dashboards,



and reporting to communicate insights and model performance
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data processes, models, and analytics capabilities

What we're looking for

- 5–7+ years of experience in data science, AI/ML, data engineering, or advanced analytics roles
- Solid expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in model development and deployment
- Experience working with large-scale datasets, data platforms, and cloud or big data technologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
