We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle PPM Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management modules and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud implementations. You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end

solutions to our clients, ensuring business objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud modules (Project Financials, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Planning & Control).
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and develop solution design documents.
- Configure Oracle PPM modules according to best practices and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, and HR to ensure seamless integration of PPM with other modules.
- Develop functional specifications for customizations, reports, and interfaces.
- Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), training,



and post-go-live activities.
- Manage project deliverables and timelines, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Oracle PPM best practices and trends.
- Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
- Train and mentor junior consultants and client stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud
PPM
- Solid functional knowledge of:
- Project Costing
- Project Billing
- Project Contracts
- Project Planning and Control
- Grants Management (if applicable)

- Understanding of related modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR), Procurement, Time & Labor.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Oracle Cloud Certification (PPM) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or PaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of reporting tools like OTBI, BI Publisher.
- Global implementation or multi-entity/multi-currency experience.
