Mission

Support the business in achieving its people objectives through effective talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, learning and development, and employee experience initiatives. This role will manage day-to-day HR activities and contribute to key HR projects aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding

- Publishing the JD in HR link as per branding guidelines
- Understanding the job requirement from hiring manager and manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, apprentices, and shop-floor positions

- Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, referrals, consultants, and campus hiring.

- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.

- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and feedback.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports.

- Manage onboarding, documentation, induction, and pre-joining engagement activities.

- Monitor recruitment metrics and hiring effectiveness.

HR Operations and HRIS

- Manage employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to separation using People Strong .

- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.

- Support attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.

- Prepare HR MIS and management reports.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and internal processes.

Learning and Development

- Identify training needs in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Coordinate training programs and execute as per the training calendar.

- Coordinate with internal and external trainers.
- Maintain training records in training file, learning link and excel. ensure attendance sheet,feedback, training effectiveness is duly filled.

- Ensure completion of mandatory trainings

Employee Engagement and Experience

- Proactively plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.

- Support rewards and recognition programs,town hall meetings.

- Coordinate employee communication and HR campaigns.





- Assist in employee feedback surveys and action planning.

Employee Relations and HR Support

- Serve as the first point of contact for routine HR queries.

- Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

- Support grievance handling and documentation.

- Build strong relationships with employees and managers.

- Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment.

- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

HR Projects and Analytics

- Support and drive HR projects aligned with business priorities.

- Support internal and external audits, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives.

- Contribute to HR digitization and continuous improvement efforts.

To succeed, you will need

Qualifications

- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources.

- 2 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience.

- Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry preferred.

- Exposure to plant HR or shop-floor environment is an advantage.

Technical Skills

- Experience with HRMS platforms such as People Strong, SAP Success Factors, or similar systems.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting.

- Good working knowledge of Power Point.

- Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.

- Recruitment and interviewing skills.

- HR analytics and MIS reporting knowledge.

- Understanding of employee engagement and learning and development processes.
