Job Title - AWS Network Engineer

Location - Pune

Experience - 8 -15 years

Shifts - Evening Shift (2 pm - 11.30 pm IST)

Notice - Immediate to 30 days

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced AWS Network Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across AWS and hybrid cloud environments. The role requires strong expertise in routing, switching, network security, cloud connectivity, and network automation. The engineer will work closely with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure highly available and secure network services.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, implement, and manage AWS network architectures using:

· Amazon VPC

· Transit Gateway

· Direct Connect

· VPN

· Route 53

· Network Load Balancers

· Manage and troubleshoot routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.

· Configure and maintain network security solutions including:

· Firewalls

· VPNs

· IDS/IPS

· Security groups and NACLs

· Support hybrid cloud connectivity between on-premises and AWS environments.

· Perform network monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.

· Troubleshoot complex network incidents and provide L3 support.





· Automate network provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Git.

· Collaborate with cloud, security, Linux, and application teams on infrastructure initiatives.

· Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

· 8+ years of experience in Network Engineering.

· Strong experience in:

· AWS Networking

· VPC Design

· Transit Gateway

· Direct Connect

· VPN Solutions

· Deep understanding of:

· TCP/IP

· DNS

· DHCP

· HTTP/HTTPS

· Hands-on experience with network security technologies:

· Palo Alto

· Cisco

· Juniper

· F5

· IDS/IPS

· WAF

· Expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, routing and switching.

· Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools:

· Terraform

· Ansible

· Python

· Git

· Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments.

Preferred Certifications

· AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty

· AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Skilled

· CCNP Enterprise

· CCIE (Preferred)

· Palo Alto PCNSE (Preferred)
