Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into EDI/JDE integration solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and support EDI interfaces between JD Edwards and external trading partners.
- Configure and maintain EDI transaction sets such as:
- Develop and maintain JDE EDI outbound and inbound processes.
- Work with JDE modules including:
- Troubleshoot EDI transaction failures and resolve production issues.
- Coordinate onboarding of new trading partners and validate mapping specifications.
- Develop and maintain EDI maps using middleware platforms such as:
- Monitor daily EDI processing and ensure SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and external partners.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements related to EDI and JDE.
- Create technical documentation, mapping specifications, and support procedures.
- Participate in testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in EDI implementation and support.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One.
- Strong knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.
- Experience with JDE EDI modules and integration architecture.
- Knowledge of JDE tables, UBE processing, and interface development.
- Experience with EDI mapping and translation tools.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AS2, FTP/SFTP, VAN, and web service integrations.




- Knowledge of XML, JSON, XSLT, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with JDE Orchestrator and Business Services (BSSV).
- Exposure to cloud integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Boomi, or Mule Soft.
- Experience working in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or supply chain environments.
- Oracle JD Edwards certification is a plus.
