Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Company: Lingam Metal Infrastructure Pvt., Ltd.

Location: Sriperumbudur - Chennai Reporting To: Managing Director / Board Role Purpose To lead the finance function of a ₹300 Cr+ steel fabrication and infrastructure company, strengthen financial systems, improve profitability, manage cash flows, and support scalable growth through strong governance and strategic financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities • Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting • Establish strong MIS – project-wise, product-wise, and monthly performance reporting • Drive cost control, margin improvement, and working capital optimization • Manage cash flows, collections,



inventory, and payables • Handle banking relationships, working capital limits, term loans, LC/BG • Support fund raising, credit rating, and lender interactions • Oversee accounts finalization, audits, taxation (GST, IT, TDS), and compliance • Monitor project costing, pricing, and contract profitability • Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and governance • Build and lead a competent finance & accounts team • Support ERP / system implementation and process automation.
