What this is

HER Capital partners clients on their financial journeys from knowing exactly what they own, to holding it in their own names, to chairing the conversations about it. It is a private, invitation only community, being built right now, from Pune.

It stands on solid ground: HER Capital is founded by Nidhi Parakh and Rishabh Parakh, with Prameela Kalive, former Director at Zensar, as Founding Chair, and is built on NRP Capitals, a financial services practice that has served over a thousand families for nearly two decades. The opportunity

HER Capital is looking for a curious, detail-oriented individual to join our team in Pune. The opportunity combines two things at once: learning how finance actually works, and learning how a venture actually gets built.

You do not need a commerce degree, an MBA in finance, or prior experience. You need curiosity and care. We supply the rest.

What we will teach you

Finance, from zero: what asset allocation means and why it matters more than picking winners

The building blocks: large cap, mid cap, debt, gold, arbitrage: what each is, how each behaves, in words your grandmother would follow

Explaining: how to take something complicated and make it simple without making it small: the rarest skill in Indian finance

The craft: how workshops run, how Circles are looked after, how materials get made

Our house test for everyone, including founders:



explain a mutual fund to your own mother. By the end of your year, you will pass it easily.

What you will actually do

Help clients understand the words of finance: running and supporting the workshops and Circles where asset allocation, large cap, arbitrage and the rest are made plain, beyond literacy, into real understanding

Prepare the material behind them: the one pagers and explainers that make complex things simple

Support the events: the planning, the coordination, the hundred details that make a room feel considered

Write and create: invitations, posts, content, in a house style you will be taught

Research: the market, the audience, what the best ventures in the world are doing

Work directly with the founders: real projects, real discussions, from week one

Who should apply

MBA students, or graduates in Liberal Arts, Mass Communication or related fields

Recent graduates available full time
