Role Description The Bench Sales Recruiter is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing and marketing bench candidates, identifying suitable job opportunities, and coordinating with clients and vendors for contract and full-time placement. Daily tasks include sourcing requirements through job portals and professional networks, submitting qualified profiles, negotiating rates, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring cycle. The Bench Sales Recruiter will track candidate status, ensure timely follow-ups, update internal databases, and work closely with the recruitment team to meet placement targets.
