At Petros Stone LLP, we are scaling our international operations and looking for an experienced Export Executive with an engineering mindset to join our team in Undri, Pune.

If you understand the technical precision required in manufacturing and possess the logistical expertise to navigate global trade, we want you on our team. You will play a crucial part in managing our end-to-end export cycle, serving as the vital bridge between our production facilities and our international clients.

What You'll Do:

- Drive the Export Cycle: Handle end-to-end export documentation, global logistics, and strict international trade compliance.
- Technical Coordination: Collaborate closely with our production and technical teams to ensure all product specifications perfectly align with client needs and country-specific regulations.
- Build Global Relationships: Act as the primary liaison with freight forwarders, customs agents, and our network of overseas clients.
- Commercial Operations: Prepare accurate quotations, proforma invoices, and international export contracts.

What We're Looking For:

- Education:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred).
- Experience: A proven track record in export sales, shipping documentation, and logistics management.
- Trade Knowledge: A strong, practical understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in MS Office and standard ERP systems.
- Communication: Fluent, articulate English speaker (proficiency in additional languages is a huge plus for our global markets!).

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

- Prior experience in the construction, architectural, or stone manufacturing industry.
- Strong mathematical aptitude, specifically with quick, accurate sq. ft., sq. m., and complex area calculations.
