AbouttheRole

The role entails efficiently managing large scale transformation projects across Retail Asset Banking Operations and resolving any bottlenecks in ongoing business projects with stakeholders at Axis. This role will be within the Retail Banking Operations vertical and will involve extensive coordination with stakeholders. The team directly reports to the head of RA Ops.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Retail assets operations team throughout project life cycle and make sure the major operational aspects of business are aligned while delivering output

Understand Axis Bank's internal operations functions thoroughly and work with leaders in establishing right process and governing mechanism for all operational risks





Work with Operational Management team to address all operations and set up processes for controlling, assessing and monitoring for operational transformation projects

Develop and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders, such as sales, operations, risk management, policy, collections, finance, IT and BSG to ensure effective coordination and execution of loan programs.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of loan programs, analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Own monthly review decks and establish processes for regular reports to all relevant stakeholders

Work with internal and external teams to ensure adherence to SOPs

Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Post-graduation / Graduation from a recognized institute

Role Proficiencies:

Well versed with Project Management tools

Experience in driving Operational Transformation Projects involving multiple stakeholders

Excellent problem solving and communication skills

Retail asset banking knowledge will be preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office softwares like Excel, PPT and Word
