Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide timely and effective support. Resolve customer issues, maintain positive customer relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support or related role
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Hindi-speaking candidates preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities





Preferred (Not Mandatory But Advantageous)

- Experience with B2B or SaaS customer support
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting techniques
- Previous experience in remote/virtual support roles
